Once an order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange delivery details, including the location, timing, and handling requirements. Shipping and delivery fees vary depending on the destination, order size, and the type of marble or product selected. For local deliveries within Egypt, transportation is usually arranged through our trusted logistics partners or our in-house delivery service to ensure secure handling of all materials. For regional or international orders, we coordinate shipping through approved carriers, and any customs or import duties are the client’s responsibility. Delivery timelines are estimated based on product availability and transportation schedules; we always aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe, though unforeseen delays such as weather, road conditions, or supplier issues may occur. In the event of any delay, clients will be promptly informed and provided with an updated delivery schedule. Upon receiving the goods, it is the client’s responsibility to inspect the shipment immediately and report any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours. Once the delivery is accepted and signed for, Jebal Marble cannot be held responsible for damages caused by handling, installation, or improper storage.
