Refund Policy

At Jebal Marble, every product is carefully selected and inspected to ensure the highest quality before delivery. Due to the nature of marble, granite, and stone materials, all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed or production has begun. Refunds or exchanges are not available for custom, cut-to-size, or special-order items. However, if a product is found to be damaged during delivery or does not match the approved sample in color or finish, clients must report the issue in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In such cases, Jebal Marble will review the claim and may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and confirmation. Refunds cannot be issued for damages caused by improper handling, installation errors, or failure to follow care instructions after delivery. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining fairness and quality control in every transaction.
