By purchasing, requesting a quotation, or engaging with Jebal Marble, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All products, quotations, and prices provided by Jebal Marble are subject to change without prior notice until a formal agreement or invoice is issued. Orders are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received, depending on the nature of the project. Any balance due must be settled before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All marble, granite, and stone products are natural materials, and variations in color, pattern, or texture are normal and not considered defects. Clients are encouraged to inspect materials before processing or installation, as Jebal Marble is not responsible for natural differences once cutting or polishing begins. Delivery timelines are estimated based on availability and logistics and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances; Jebal Marble will inform clients of any delay. All measurements, drawings, or approvals shared by clients are assumed to be accurate, and any errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client will be their responsibility. Once an order is in production or material has been cut, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. In the case of custom or special orders, full payment may be required in advance. Jebal Marble retains ownership of all goods until full payment is received. Any claims regarding product defects, damage, or missing items must be made in writing within 24 hours of delivery. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and understand that Jebal Marble reserves the right to update them as needed to maintain the quality and integrity of our operations.
